If you're unhappy with your Ecosa product, email us and we’ll help. For mattress and pillow returns within the 100-night trial period, we'll arrange a collection via courier or send a prepaid mailing satchel. Once your product is collected, we'll issue a full refund (including your delivery fee).
All mattress and pillow returns in good condition are donated to those in need through our partnership with The Salvation Army and other charities.
